Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of complex RF/microwave systems for EW solutions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present advanced technical reports and presentations to clients.
  • Conduct and/or lead technical projects or major phases of technical projects.
  • Provide technical direction to and coordinate the efforts of engineers and technical support staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field + 10 years of experience.
  • Master's degree in EE or related field + 8 years of experience.
  • PhD in EE or related field + 5 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with 3GPP 5GNR and O-RAN system design, integration, and test.
  • Experience with VITA-49 system design, integration, and test.
  • Familiarity with mobile cellular network equipment, deployment, and industry practices.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, wellness incentives, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
