Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift General Cleaner to join our team at Tier One Property Services, L.L.C. (TOPS). As a key member of our janitorial team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, conference rooms, break areas, and restrooms in bank buildings
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash as needed
  • Dust and stock supplies to ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other cleaning and sanitizing tasks as required

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position working approximately 4 hours per night, Monday through Friday, after 6 pm. You will report directly to the Area Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
