We are currently hiring for a High Stakes Dealer position at Monarch Casino Resort & Spa Black Hawk. As a key member of our Table Games department, you will be responsible for dealing high stakes games accurately and procedurally correct.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service and communication skills, with the ability to deal with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for managing the administration of fills/credits, players ratings, keeping track of markers, and rundowns.
