Responsibilities- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks.
- Perform various clinical and administrative duties, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare vocational training.
- High school diploma or equivalent education (GED).
- BLS for Healthcare Providers.
- 6+ months' phlebotomy experience.
- EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience.
- Experience working with geriatric patients.
