About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Casa Real, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide high-quality nursing care, evaluate patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
*Conduct thorough assessments of patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
*Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning to ensure effective treatment and patient satisfaction.
*Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
*Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff to maintain high standards of care and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements
*Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
*Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
*Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
