About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Finance Techno Functional Consultant to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM functionality, as well as experience in North America payroll processes from a business context.

This is a full-time, permanent position that can be worked remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a good breadth of knowledge across the whole PeopleSoft application.
  • Map business processes to system solutions, identifying gaps and solutions.
  • Specify and playback requirements clearly.
  • Develop skills and knowledge through continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
  • Knowledge of all configuration for HCM.
  • Familiarity with People Tools.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
