Job Title: Compensation Specialist - Salary Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at JLM Strategic Talent Partners.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will process payroll-related documents, manage certified payroll, review payroll information for accuracy and completeness, communicate with the human resources team, monitor the electronic payment system, maintain up-to-date salary information, and process annual bonuses, severance pay, and other compensations or deductions.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator preferred.
  • The successful candidate will have an understanding of the payroll process and related legislation and regulations, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and highly organized skills with an eye for detail.
Benefits:
