About the role Validation Engineer

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team at Lifelancer as Validation Engineers to perform critical tasks in temperature mapping and periodic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough temperature and humidity mapping in various environments, including warehouses, cold rooms, freezers, refrigerators, and stability chambers.
  • Develop and execute mapping protocols to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Perform initial qualification and remapping tasks as required.
  • Write comprehensive summary reports detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Utilize Madgetech data loggers and software to collect and analyze data.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of equipment, including processing tanks, packaging lines, mixers, and utilities.
  • Identify and address any deviations or issues during reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in temperature mapping, periodic reviews, and validation engineering.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
