About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Southeast Primary Care Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care to patients in our community.

Job Summary:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and services, referring consultations for specialty care as needed.
  • Develop personal relationships with patients, assess, plan, and implement care in a timely manner.
  • Create individualized health programs based on patient historical data, monitor, and adapt them over time.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure high-quality care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, with a current State of Georgia License in good standing.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service.
