We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team at First Connect. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing top-notch care to patients.
Job Summary:This position requires a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
About the Role:As a Critical Care Specialist, you will work on our 609C Acute Med Unit - Med Surg RN, where you will care for a diverse range of patients with complex medical conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, communicate effectively with patients and their families, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Requirements:- BLS certification is mandatory; NIHSS certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.

Please note that this role requires working 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve/New Year's Eve).
