Director of Nursing Float Specialist

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Float to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the Nursing Department during the absence of a facility Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with Company policies, standards of nursing practices, and governmental regulations.
- Respond to situations where additional resources or oversight are required in facilities, with a focus on process validation and correction.
- Assist with the development and implementation of job skills training and in-service education for the nursing department, as required by state and federal regulations.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, with the ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Eighty to ninety percent (80% - 90%) travel with overnight stays.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
- Exceptional benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plan.
