  • Activities and Daily Living Skills:

    • Support individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care and daily routines.
  • Health and Wellness:
    • Monitor vitals for any medical condition or illness.
    • Promote positive behavior and support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.
    • Attend medical appointments and ensure accurate information is relayed between medical providers and care teams.
  • Community Involvement:
    • Connect individuals served with opportunities and places in their community to develop relationships with others.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Valid State of Michigan driver's license.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Certifications: Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid.
  • Personal Qualities: Commitment to scheduled shifts, assigned duties, and performance expectations.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills.
