Customer Service Representative

Fullerton Tool Company is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and thoroughly.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Enter sales orders for customers and process test orders for salesmen and representatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, including rep codes and out-of-stock items.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) essential.
  • Previous administrative or customer support experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and dedication to being at work and on time.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness, with a focus on honesty and ethics.
Working Conditions:

Professional office environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling may be required.
