Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean resident apartments, including furnishings, fixtures, and surfaces, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
  • Report any health, safety, and sanitation concerns to the supervisor, including apartment repairs or conditions that require attention.
  • Follow established work and cleaning schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and remove trash and waste from inside areas to designated trash cans and areas.
  • Keep work areas attractive and free of hazardous objects.
  • Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background clearances as required by government regulations
