Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, setting performance expectations, coaching nursing assistants, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will provide direct patient care, manage medication administration, coordinate transportation, and act as a liaison between families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications Required

  • Valid nursing degree and current LPN license in Ohio
  • Preferred: Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred: Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
