Bus Server

Join our team as a Bus Person at the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Person to join our team. As a Bus Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by clearing and resetting tables, serving bread, water, and butter, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

• Clear and reset tables after guests leave, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for the next guests.
• Serve bread, water, and butter to guests upon arrival and provide refills as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the removal of used tableware and the replenishment of supplies.
• Work closely with the server and hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
• Assist with food delivery, especially during peak periods, and thank guests as they leave.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Effective and courteous communication skills.
• Availability to work any shift, start time, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires standing for long periods, extensive walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping. You will also be required to lift and move tables and chairs, and tubs filled with dishes (20-30#). The normal restaurant and lounge environment can be loud, and you will need to have acute hearing and sound discrimination, as well as visual acuity.
