Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage table settings.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure efficient service.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Age and Language: Be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state laws, and be able to communicate in, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
  • Physical Demands: Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length, and have the ability to lift bus tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Working Conditions

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and physical demands. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
