We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at EXCL Hospitality. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with corporate travel demand generators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed established sales goals for the hotel
- Develop and maintain market awareness to promote effective sales strategies
- Provide motivation and support for the hotel team in regard to sales and customer satisfaction
- Keep documentation of all sales contacts, interactions, and other pertinent information in the hotel sales software system
- Schedule and give tours of the hotel as needed for existing and potential clients
Requirements:
- Direct outside business-to-business sales experience and proven results
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Willingness and ability to work hard
- Minimum of 2-3 years of consistent employment experience
- Capacity to do whatever it takes to make this hotel successful
- Passion
- Desire to meet exceptionally high standards
- Exceptional attitude
- Attention to detail
- Integrity
- A high degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Hospitality experience is welcome but not required
- Ability to be persistent and handle rejection
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
