Position Summary

The Production Packer role is essential in ensuring that all lighting products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This position demands meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks consistently. Our Production Department takes pride in delivering quality products to our discerning clientele. We currently have an opening in our Production Department for a dedicated Production Packer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the packing of various lighting fixtures within the Production Department.
  • Ensure all components are accurately packaged for customer delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Assess and select appropriate packaging sizes and materials for each product.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in production or a related field.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
