Position Overview

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Summit Health, Inc, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care autonomously, utilizing your expertise as a graduate and certified professional from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience, effectively managing adult patients with various health concerns.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Maintain an active, unrestricted license in your practicing state, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Hold an active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
  • Ensure enrollment in Medicare/Medicaid programs or be eligible to enroll.
  • Maintain certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently, with a preference for familiarity with Athena.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
