Residential Support Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
  • Oversee the safety and organization of the residential facility by supervising resident activities in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the property and living areas during each shift.
  • Document resident activities post-curfew.
  • Provide immediate assistance during crises as necessary.
  • Address resident inquiries and maintain records of incidents.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Uphold client confidentiality at all times.
  • Engage in cleaning and upkeep responsibilities.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Must be capable of navigating stairs to the upper levels of the facility.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
