Job Summary

The Global Product Strategy Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating clear communication across various departments within the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing operations across the Global Product Strategy organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional groups, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to coordinate project-related tasks, including purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Provide regular status updates to the team, cross-functional groups, and management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate communication between designers, functional groups, client teams, and management, ensuring a unified understanding of project objectives.
  • Participate in operational and project-level meetings, contributing to strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a project management function, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Experience with project management processes, workflow, and terminology.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
