Job Title: Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor

Providence Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor to join our team. As an integral member of our clinic leadership team, you will bring the professional nursing perspective and expertise to our organization, upholding the standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to clinical staff on best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
  • 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
  • 3 years - Experience providing patient education.
