Industrial Sales Executive

Reports To: Chief Sales Offices
Innovative Office Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as an Industrial Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business, building lasting partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company's goals and values.
- Develop and execute category penetration strategies to drive profitable business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, purchasing contacts, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage prospecting, account management, activity management, and forecasting.
- Meet or exceed defined sales and activity goals, including new customer acquisition, insider growth, and business reviews.
Requirements:
- Proven self-starter with a strong motivation to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Outstanding customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities.
