Key Responsibilities:- Possess extensive knowledge in roofing, siding, and construction, with hands-on experience in the field.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to roofing systems.
- Skilled in diagnosing leak sources and providing effective solutions.
- Capable of articulating complex roofing challenges to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct precise audits of material deliveries to ensure readiness for installation.
- Thoroughly inspect completed roofing projects to verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
- Proficient in performing on-site repairs as needed and determining when further crew intervention is required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installation processes.
- Adaptable to various work environments, including field, office, and client locations.
- Competent in utilizing technology for uploading images and relevant documents to our CRM system.
