Responsibilities:
  • Process supply orders and pull materials as needed.
  • Organize orders in the delivery area and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders.
  • Prepare invoices for parts orders and process all received invoices.
  • Perform physical counts of inventory and reconcile actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
  • Receive, unpack, and deliver goods as required.
  • Restock items as necessary and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process and document returns following established procedures.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times and pass a post-offer drug test and physical exam. As a bonus, computer proficiency and prior experience in logistics or inventory management would be beneficial in this position.
