Kitchen and Bath Showroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen and Bath Showroom Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring a positive experience for all customers, and supporting our design team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a warm and professional welcome to all walk-in customers and ensuring they are comfortable while they wait.
- Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate team member, and provide information about our showroom's offerings.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, provide information on products, and ensure they feel attended to at all times.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with product brochures, samples, and other materials.
- Regularly clean and maintain the showroom's appearance, including dusting, arranging displays, and ensuring all areas are presentable.
- Track and manage the inventory of showroom materials, ensuring samples, brochures, and other items are always available.
- Support to Designers:
- Schedule and set up appointments for clients with designers, ensuring all relevant information is prepared and available.
- Work closely with designers to manage their schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of design proposals and quotes.
- Order Management:
- Place and track orders for materials and products through our ordering system.
- Ensure timely communication with suppliers and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Keep accurate records of all orders, deliveries, and returns.
- General Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales.
- Assist in preparing and sending out client communications, such as appointment reminders, thank-you notes, and follow-up emails.
- Enter client and sales data into our CRM or other tracking systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining the showroom's appearance and managing inventory.
- Proficient in using office software, including CRM systems, email, and scheduling tools.
- Able to work collaboratively with designers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom.
