Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, implement, and ensure compliance with requirements for use of client tools, processes, and standards.
  • Provide training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools, and support the integration of engineering designs.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics, and coordinate organizational requirements to support business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis using various technologies, including Python.
  • Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions using data visualization software, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Maintain good working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, and work with client management and staff to perform engagement services.
  • Ensure data governance and quality assurance standards are met.
  • Organize and lead client meetings, including scheduling meetings, drafting and delivering agendas and meeting minutes, providing and archiving required documentation, and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items.
  • Summarize and present information and reports to the team, and make recommendations (both oral and written).

Requirements:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • FIVE (5) or more years of professional experience, INCLUDING THREE (3) years in data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional related experience in data engineering, with a focus on processing large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data management principles.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Management.
  • 2+ years of experience with US Federal Agency data.
  • Proven ability to embrace change, lead continuous improvement, and treat safety and quality as top priorities.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Experience working with senior and executive leadership.
  • Thorough business understanding of data management applications and ability to communicate with key decision-makers.
