Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients
  • Provide direct nursing services, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to mitigate potential harm
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida
  • Two years' experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Certification in CPR
  • Ability to effectively perform client/patient behavior management techniques (CPI)
