Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per yearJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide personalized care to our patients. The successful candidate will assess patients' needs, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote recovery and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record patient care data in accordance with department policies and standards of practice.
- Select and administer tests and measures to synthesize evaluation results.
- Formulate diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care based on evaluation results and best practice.
- Establish treatment plans, modify as needed, and refer patients to other healthcare professionals or services when necessary.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate degree preferred).
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where practicing.
- Completed CEU requirements in the relevant state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
