About the Role

Coolray Heating and Cooling Tennessee is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team of professionals. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for managing the completion of various electrical tasks, including electrical break & repair, troubleshooting/maintenance, and service upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
  • Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
  • Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area
  • Educate and offer customers appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled times
  • Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
  • Document work completed with before and after photos
  • Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
  • Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting experience
  • Journeyman/Residential/Master License is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire, and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
  • Detail-oriented with good time management skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
  • Ability to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
