Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a leading Lemon Law firm in Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Discovery Clerk. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paralegal work, particularly in lemon law, and demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Organize and maintain client files, both in paper and electronic formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Discovery Process: Assist in the discovery phase of litigation, gathering evidence, documents, and information pertinent to the case, including preparing, processing, and serving subpoenas.
  • Filing: Manage filings in both State and Federal Courts, including electronic and paper submissions.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Create and finalize various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence, ensuring they meet legal standards and formatting requirements.
  • Tracking Deadlines: Keep track of important deadlines for filings, hearings, depositions, and other critical dates to ensure timely compliance.
  • Communication: Correspond with court clerks, opposing counsel, and clients to obtain necessary information and updates.
  • Research: Conduct legal research, investigate facts, and analyze statutes and case law to support the legal team.
  • Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing for depositions or trials.
  • Assisting in Preparation: Help prepare for depositions and other legal proceedings, ensuring all necessary materials and documentation are ready.
