Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Runner to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a Shift Runner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations during your shift, including cost controls, cash handling, and customer relations.
  • Set the example for your team by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and image.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage store finances, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
