Job Summary

Domino's Franchise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
