Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced nursing instructor to join our team at Unitek Learning. As a BSN Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching didactic and clinical courses in a med/surg setting. This is a full-time or part-time position, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum for med/surg nursing courses
  • Teach didactic and clinical courses to students in a med/surg setting
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure quality of instruction
  • Participate in program development and evaluation
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Supervise student clinical experiences in assigned healthcare facilities
  • Evaluate student performance in relation to clinical learning outcomes

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in nursing or higher from an accredited institution
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • At least 4 years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care
  • Experience in med/surg nursing preferred
