**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.
  • Observe, document, and report resident status, identifying any changes in their health or emotional wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure a seamless care experience for residents.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, families, and visitors.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, adhering to established cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

  • The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with regular standing, walking, and reaching required.
