Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Technician to join our team at We Make RI Partners. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after damage from water, fire, mold, or other disasters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of the damage and develop a restoration plan.
  • Perform restoration work, including cleaning, drying, and disinfecting, to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
  • Operate and maintain specialized equipment, such as electrostatic sprayers and fogging units, to ensure efficient and effective restoration.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in the restoration industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment over 50 pounds.
  • Physical stamina to work in uncomfortable environments, including attics and rooftops.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift or scissor lift experience.
  • Bilingual.
