JOB DESCIPTION:Carpet Cleaning TechnicianDuties:- Perform carpet cleaning services for commercial clients- Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools- Conduct pre-inspections of carpets to determine the appropriate cleaningmethod- Apply cleaning solutions and treatments to carpets- Use specialized equipment to extract dirt, stains, and moisture from carpets- Move furniture and other items as needed to access and clean carpets- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards andclient specifications- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areaSkills:- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, equipment, and products- Ability to operate carpet cleaning machinery effectively and safely- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stains, spots, and areas requiringspecial treatment- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designatedtimeframes- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy equipment, and movefurniture as necessary- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional mannerJoin our team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and be part of a dynamic companythat provides commercial cleaning services.
