Job Title: System Services Representative

IBM is seeking a highly skilled System Services Representative to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their hardware and software needs are met, and delivering operational services that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored support to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve client services and support.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems, with experience in customer service and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel locally as required.
