We're currently seeking a Phlebotomy Specialist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. You'll also have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
