Job DescriptionSalary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Corrugated Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing conceptual and structural solutions for customers in the POP display & retail markets.

  • You will use your expertise to work directly with customers and/or sales at the conceptual phase, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop concepts and fully finished CADs for full scope of display delivery to customers, working closely with production & fulfillment to revise projects for maximum efficiency.
  • Make recommendations to maximize sales, product quality, and customer satisfaction, providing support to team members where needed – mockups, sample cutting, general lab duties.
  • Accompany Sales Reps on occasion to present new products or designs to customers or prospects, providing support with production art when needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years' experience in corrugated design OR Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years' experience in corrugated design.
  • 1+ year working with ArtiosCAD.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, ability to connect 2D & 3D.
