About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Explosive Operations Specialist to join our team in Winder, Georgia.

This role involves executing surface blasting operations and delivering exceptional service at customer sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Blasting Operations: Execute loading, delaying, stemming, detonating, and inspecting blasts.
  • Blast Plan Design: Develop and implement compliant blast plans aligned with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of explosives and blasting supplies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports documenting blasting operations.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct pre- and post-blast safety checks on equipment and work areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate blasting equipment on various terrains.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in blasting, with in-depth knowledge of local market conditions.
  • Familiarity with mining, quarry, and construction regulations.
  • Proficiency in blast design, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
