Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior modification programs in home and community settings, teaching clients new skills for life.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one behavioral services, utilizing evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Collect and maintain accurate and detailed data, including service notes and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with GOALS supervisors to ensure high-quality services and ongoing support.
  • Travel to home and community settings, as required, to deliver services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of college credit or associate's degree preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a negative TB test.
  • Reliable transportation, public or private.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
