Job Title: Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist

We are seeking a licensed child and adolescent therapist to join our team at Thriveworks in Palo Alto, CA. As a licensed clinician, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients of all ages and populations.

Qualifications:
  • LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) licensure in California
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as couples therapy, children, trauma
  • Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
