Customer Service Representative Job Description

AMZ Title LLC seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Fluent Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This full-time position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Verify accuracy of residential real estate contracts and documents.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in the Title Insurance industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software applications.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary based on experience: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
  • Bonus/Commission for clients brought in.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
