Main Line Health is seeking a skilled Per Diem Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Per Diem Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering nutrition care to patients of various age categories, in accordance with medical/surgical diagnoses and medical nutrition therapy/nutrition support standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide personalized nutrition counseling to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement nutrition education programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience as a clinical dietitian preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree granted by an accredited college/university PLUS completion of a CDR-accredited didactic program/internship or coordinated program.
  • Master's-degree required for graduates beginning 1/1/2024.
  • Registered Dietitian status with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), and licensed in the state Pennsylvania.
