Job Description

National Real Estate Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction administration, preferably in residential and/or homebuilding, and will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including coordinating materials, managing paperwork, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring that all deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration, preferably in residential and/or homebuilding.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Estimated Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
