Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough audits of Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile policies to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to determine correct classifications for business activities and write effective descriptions of operations.
  • Correspond with insured parties via phone, email, and mail to schedule audit appointments and communicate results.
  • Travel to multiple audit locations daily/weekly to conduct on-site audits.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent plus two years' experience in premium auditing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with knowledge of Visual Audit a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
