Compensation: $20.00 per hour
*Prior experience in residential support is preferred*

No mandatory overtime required.
Sign-On Bonus: $500.00
*$250 after completing 50 shifts*
*$250 after finishing medication training*
In this role, you will assist individuals with mental health challenges in short-term community residences by promoting independent living skills. Responsibilities include helping residents establish healthy social boundaries, manage budgets, attend medical appointments, shop for groceries, select nutritious meals, administer medications, and foster positive relationships.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have some experience in mental health support. You must be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license is not mandatory for all positions, although it is preferred. A strong commitment to assisting others and building positive relationships with those served is essential.
