Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you'll provide support and complete small engagements/small projects for our clients, both remotely and onsite. This role involves installing networking equipment, setting up workstations, installing and updating software, troubleshooting issues, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and complete small projects for clients
  • Install and configure networking equipment, workstations, and software
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Field/Onsite Engineer or IT Help Desk
  • Previous MSP experience required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to self-schedule and project plan
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
